Please check the following:
● Did you log in with a different email address? Check your logged in email address under your name. Is it the same email address as you registered?
● Make sure that your browser isn’t logged in to another account. Often, if you log on to a gmail or Microsoft account, your browser will remain logged in to that account, and will thus try to log in to the abaxlms site using that account. In these cases, make sure that your browser is also logged out of all accounts.
→ Log out from the LMS once, and log in again using the correct email address. Please check the browser's account as well. If you are with a different account on the browser, LMS can't recognize you and asks to put in the codes again.
● “Text book code is incorrect.”
Please make sure to put in the correct textbook code.
- Did you put in the hyphens?
- Did you make sure to put in 0 (zero)? - None of the textbook codes contain the letter "O". They're all 0 (zero)
● “Specified class does not exist!”
Please ask your teacher for the “Class Join Code” again and make sure to enter it correctly.
● “Textbook code was already redeemed.”
Please make sure to login with the correct email address. If you are asked to put in the codes again, you are logging in with a different email address than previously used. (→ more info )
